Mazda Miles is the president and founder of Perfection Events. This strategic event design firm plans and produces meetings, conferences, and events across multiple business sectors. Mazda leads a team of experienced event professionals in nationally and internationally planning events, focusing on creating experiences that help clients produce strategic outcomes and measurable results.
After almost 20 years of flawlessly executing events, Mazda noticed a growing number of people interested in learning how she built her multi-million dollar company from the ground up during a recession. She decided it was time to share her story with aspiring business owners every week on her podcast Restrooms and Boardrooms. Mazda’s unconventional approach to educating entrepreneurs and pushing them to take their businesses to the next level was well received and further increased demand for Mazda’s guidance.

Being the extrovert that she is, Mazda wanted to move from behind the mic to connect with her core audience on a more personal level, leading to the creation of the FireStarter Mentorship program. FireStarters was designed as a safe space for women business owners to connect with an experienced entrepreneur to find the spark they needed to fuel, start, sustain, and grow their businesses. Through this program, Mazda has successfully helped more than 30 women launch new businesses or make pivots in existing ones.
Beyond the business world, Mazda has grown an audience of 90K followers on social media who seek her spiritual knowledge and guidance. Mazda has served her community spiritually for more than 20 years and has leveraged social media as the catalyst to expand her reach, providing private consultations and group sessions.
Mazda co-founded Embracing Divinity, a line of healing teas and wellness products. In 2023, Mazda will be releasing, That’s Love, A 10-Day Journey to Profound Self-Love, an interactive journal designed to guide and aid you on the journey of exploring self-love.
